1. Why does my status show "pending" after I finished my payment ?

Answer: Because the system on our website maintains the status as pending if you processed a fast payment via Paypal, it doesn't mean that we didn't receive your payment, once the payment is completed, we'll get your order

2. Where’s my tracking information?
Answer: You can find the tracking information in your order history, we will provide a tracking number within your order receipt.You can use the tracking number and search through the link.

Please let us know your order number so we can trace find all the necessary information.

3. Why I can't track my order?
Answer: The link is different and not from our website, shipping information need time to get updated on their website. Normally ordinary shipping will take between 5-25 days, depending on our stock levels and product availability. 

4. About Shipping problems.
There are a few shipping options. Please contact us at sales@maxcatchnz.co.nz if you want to arrange alternative shipping.

Max Catch NZ reserves the right to change the freight charges depending on the volume and size of the orders. We will contact the customer if there are any changes to freight charges before an order is released for delivery.

5. I have questions about specific products.
Answer: Please let us know which products you are interested in, you can also send us the link with your question by contacting us at sales@maxcatchnz.co.nz.

6. I have problem with the products.
If you received a wrong product, please take photos of it and email us at sales@maxcatchnz.co.nz, please let us know your order number.

9. Warranty Claims.
Answer: We provide free warranty on our products but only for the quality of workmanship. (example : broken part). If you want to get a new replacement part, please e-mail us at sales@maxcatchnz.co.nz.
